Shopping Basics

To make a purchase you do not have to register, just put your info and you can complete the purchase without having to register or log in with Google/Facebook or an email. 

You can buy multiple products at once and you can add as many units of each product as you want. You must do this by adding the units through the “quantity” tab once the product has been selected. You can add them once you have selected the product, or in different steps until the checkout of the purchase.

The personalization of the articles has an extra cost and it takes between 3 or 4 business days so please keep in mind that the engrave delay the shipping.
You can add the customization of your product by going to the custom category or in the final step before checking out the cart. In the customed section you will see that there are items for each product. Choose the one and add to cart the personalized that suits your product and your need. Add as much custom items as you need. Add one item for each personalized you want.
In our knives the “Dagger” brand can also be removed for an extra cost that can be requested by adding the item “Remove the Dagger brand from this item” to the cart in the same way that you request engraves.

We wholesale all the products we sell. Wholesale sales are from the purchase of 10 units, it can be assorted products. To request a wholesale quote, please send an email sales@pampasway.com or send a WhatsApp to (+54) 911 6548-8379. You cannot buy with wholesale prices in this page.

Payments

You can pay for your order through PayPal.

In case the shipment is included in the price, it does not include the possible customs taxes that the local customs of destination could charge. Once the package is shipped, we cannot be responsible of additional fees, customs fees usually vary depending on the product and the country.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery depends on the country you need the product to be sent. The average delivery time is 4-5 business days. If you prefer to be sure to have your product in a specific day please contact us and we will send you the estimated date that could arrives. 

After we shipped the product by DHL Express we will send you the tracking number to follow the progress of your package on the DHL website.

All our products are handmande in Argentina and we shipped them from our country with all our Gaucho culture and tradition.

No. We ship worldwide.  Although you should be aware if in the country where you need the product to be ship it has any import restrictions. Knives are generally not restricted from shipping to any country except Russia. We will accept the return of the items that are in perfect condition, new, unopened and that have been returned within thirty days of purchase. If you have received an incorrect product by mistake, contact us and we will take care of the new shipment. We accept exchanges and returns of the products, but the shipping costs require be paid in full by the customer.

We only offer warranty for factory fault. The faulty merchandise will be sent to our warehouses to carry out the evaluation of the product, if it is under warranty, the corresponding replacement will be applied.

If a refund is necessary, your money will be returned through PayPal immediately after receiving the product in Argentina. This process will last as long as it takes for the product to arrive back in our country.
