Our Dagger Patagonia blades are a cross between the best national production and the stronger Japanese steel. It has a VG10 core and 33 layers of stainless steel SS316 on each side, making it a steel fan favorite.

The handles are made of naturally fallen Deer Antlers, following the gaucho tradition.
