Description

  • How to take care of your Stainless Steel 440 Knife

The blade of a Stainless Steel 440 Knife can be washed freely since it is Stainless Steel. Although the handle is not dishwasher or soak safe, this loosens the glue and removes the smooth finish from some materials such as wood.

  • How to keep your Knife Sharp

Using a sharpening stone or keep it polished with a sharpener. The frequency of sharpening depends on the amount of use of the knife.

❤  The care for the integrity of the Blade of your Knife

Although we sell a very versatile and resistant Steak Knife, it is not a kitchen ax, nor is it intended to cut or break bones. Cutting acidic foods affects the durability of the edge (such as onion, tomato, lemon). That is why it is important to take care of them and keep them sharp.

  • Steel

When we saw the 440 stainless steel blades, we immediately knew we had to create knives with them. And so, we named them Dagger Pampa. This gave us knives with high resistance to oxidation and the passage of time, to daily and constant use, and with a higher weight than the rest, which makes them ideal for cooking important cuts of meat. This result that craftsmanship gave us, we now want to give to you, our Asado and BBQ pals.

  • Handles

In our range of artisan cutlery, both Damascus and Steak Knives are crafted with the well-known handles of Wood. Besides, we also feature models with cape of Bone, Deer or Cow Horn, and a Braided Pattern, which are extremely rare in a kitchen knife handle.

On the other hand, we take care of providing special models. Ones with a Carved Wood cape, that shows unique designs inspired by argentinian fauna and flora, and others with Chiselled Nickel Silver, or that have chinselled nickel silver work on their sheath.

We care about generating a perfect combination between the blade and the handle for its comfortable use, resulting in a weight with presence and flexibility.

  •    Gaucho and Handcrafted

We only use the best material our land has to offer. This reflects into unique handmade products. They are crafted with the philosophy of the Gaucho Culture, bringing to the present its values, art and way of co-existing with the countryside. And so, we work with artisans throughout the country, fomenting the local Argentine economy.

Every product is different, and among them it’s the one for you. Get to explore our complete collection and find it. In addition, we offer engraving service so you can get a high-quality engraved knife. These are ideal for Corporate Gifts or for family and friends. Give unique gifts that leave a mark for their distinction, beauty and durability.
