Description

  • How to take care of your Carving Set

The blade that composes a Carving Set can be washed freely since it is Stainless Steel. Although the handle is not dishwasher or soak safe, this loosens the glue and removes the smooth finish from some materials such as wood.

  • How to keep your Knife Sharp

Using a sharpening stone or keep it polished with a sharpener. The frequency of sharpening depends on the amount of use of the knife.

❤  The care for the integrity of the Blade of your Knife

Although we sell a very versatile and resistant Handcrafted Knife, it is not a kitchen ax, nor is it intended to cut or break bones. Cutting acidic foods affects the durability of the edge (such as onion, tomato, lemon). That is why it is important to take care of them and keep them sharp.

  • Steel

We forge our artisan knives with 420 Stainless Steel Dagger Blades. Compared to others, this steel has a high resistance to oxidation, good traction and exceptional firmness. This allows intensive use without high risk of wear or breakage.

  • Argentinian Asado

We are dedicated to spreading the Gaucho philosophy of Argentina. It’s an ancient culture that gives place to the respectful use of what nature gives us, and coexists with it through artisan work when it comes to making products. With the elements of the land where they lived and worked, Gauchos perfected the art of cooking meat over coals and wood. We are compromised to spread the Gaucho Philosophy.

Inspired by this tradition, we created the perfect tools for every occasion at the grill. Our Carving Sets are designed to handle larger cuts of meat with greater precision. The Grill Sets are ideal for large barbecues for a large amount of people and meat cuts. And finally, our Picnic Sets, so you can take them everywhere and enjoy your Argentinian Asado as Gauchos did.

  • Gaucho and Handcrafted

We only use the best material our land has to offer. This reflects into unique handmade products. Our products are crafted with the philosophy of the Gaucho Culture, bringing to the present its values, art and way of co-existing with the countryside. And so, we work with artisans throughout the country, fomenting the local Argentine economy.

Every product is different, and among them it’s the one for you. Get to explore our complete collection and find it. In addition, we offer engraving service so you can get a high-quality engraved knife or fork. These are ideal for Corporate gifts or for family and friends.
